About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Health and Safety Advisor to play a key role in shaping and strengthening our safety culture. This position is responsible for continuously improving health and safety systems, ensuring compliance, and partnering with operational teams to prevent harm, reduce risk, and drive exceptional safety performance. This role is based at the Wellington branch with frequent travel within the Lower North Island.
Key Responsibilities
About You
You are a qualified Health & Safety professional with 2–5 years’ experience in a similar role, bringing strong communication skills and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. You take a practical, solutions-focused approach to your work and are confident operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. With ICAM investigation training and solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, you are committed to continuous learning and improvement. You also hold a current, full NZ driver’s licence and are willing to travel nationally as required.
The successful applicant will need to undergo a criminal history check and pre-employment drug test.
