Te Roopu Taurima is the largest kaupapa Māori disability support provider supporting tāngata of all ethnicities with intellectual and physical impairments. We’re looking for an experienced Health & Safety Business Partner to help shape how health, safety, and wellbeing is led across our organisation. You’ll work alongside senior leaders and managers, influence decision-making, and support the embedding of health and safety into everyday practice.
Location: Te Roopu Taurima Support Office, 650 Great South Road, Ellerslie 1051
Hours of work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 0830-1700
Note: Work visa support is not available for this role.
About the role:
As our Health & Safety Business Partner, you’ll work across all parts of the organisation to support practical, consistent approaches to health, safety, and wellbeing.
You’ll provide trusted advice on risk and safety matters, support sound decision-making, and help ensure health and safety is embedded in planning and service delivery. You’ll also play a key role in incident response, system improvement, and ongoing learning across the organisation.
