Health and Safety Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for an opportunity for the role of Health and Safety Coordinator within the Hastings division reporting to the Operations Manager. This opportunity is for a passionate and motivated candidate to lead our Health and Safety with the team and operations.

Key skills and experience we are looking for:

• Take a ‘hands-on’ approach to conduct site audits across our operations
• Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to add value to services provided
• Manage the asset verification and condition rating based on internal systems
• Gather, analyse information andcollate reports
• Coordinateand take responsibility for hazard identification, accident and incident reportingandtraining.

About you

• Previous experience in quality control would be preferable or health and safety
• Ideally, you will hold or be prepared to work towards a level 4 health and safety qualification
• You will have great administration skills
• You will have exceptional communication skills and have plenty of initiative
• Build effective internal and external relationships easily
• A current full driver’s license with the ability to drive a manual vehicle is essential
