A normal day in the role of the Health and Safety Administrator may include:
- Maintain the QMS in accordance of key standards
- Assist to develop and maintain all documents associated with QHSE.
- Assist the team in external and internal audits including coordinating implementation of corrective actions
- Monitor quality, training registers and annual compliance plan to ensure all activities are timely completed
- Assist to co-ordinate and lead Health and Safety training.
About you:
- Qualification in Quality, Health & Safety (or similar)
- Good working knowledge and application skills of HACCP, RMP, GDP, RACA and ISO standards.
- Experience in H&S audits or similar
- Initiative! You are well organised!
- Proven attention to detail with a methodical approach
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- A genuine passion for making a difference to help improve the way we work
- Intermediate knowledge of IT systems and intermediate level of use for Excel and Word.
- Hungry to learn and be exposed to different capabilities and experiences within the business
- A passion for Health and Safety
This role is based in the Auckland Airport area.
It is a permanent full-time role working Monday to Friday.
