The Role                                     

Based at our site in Hamilton, this role reports to the Facilities Engineer. This role supports the administration of critical operations functions such as maintenance scheduling, health and safety system administration, contractor, and new employee inductions, as well as reporting of operations key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure information held on the Maintenance Management System is up to date.
  • Maintain a spare parts system.
  • Assist with coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Management of external contractors.
  • Monitor the reporting and hygiene of health and safety corrective actions.
  • Support and coordinate the health and safety committee meetings.
  • Ensure adherence to on site procedures and the Quality Management System.
  • Support and coordinator industrial operations management meetings

 The following skills and attributes are essential to apply:

  • Experience working with GMP or similar regulatory standards.
  • Excellent computer and planning skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn and develop.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Teamwork, and cross functional cooperation.
