Internal Expression of Interest – Health, Safety & Risk Manager

We are seeking expressions of interest from within our Fullers360 whānau for the position of Health, Safety & Risk Manager.

This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving strategic and operational leadership across health, safety and risk management for our people, assets, property, and environment. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead our H&S team, influence business-wide safety culture, and ensure compliance with key legislation in our highly safety-sensitive and regulated industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver our Health, Safety & Risk strategy and annual plan.


• Provide governance, systems, and reporting frameworks across the business.


• Lead a positive safety culture, ensuring proactive risk management and compliance.


• Coach and support leaders, building capability across the business.


• Manage incident and investigation processes, ensuring continuous improvement.


• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to champion health, safety and risk outcomes.

About you:
We are looking for a strong, people-focused leader with extensive experience in health and safety, ideally in operational and/or marine environments. You will bring proven knowledge of health and safety legislation and risk management, with the ability to act as the
subject matter expert and provide detailed understanding and guidance across the business. You’ll also have the skills to influence, engage and lead change at all levels.
