An opportunity for 2 Health & Safety professionals to partner with the wider business to support the overall safety and well-being of employees, visitors and our workplace.
About the Role
We have two exciting positions based at our Gracefield site that will join our awesome Health and Safety team to help build long lasting working relationships and to coach and guide our leaders on best practice. This role is key within Health & Safety to build capability across the organisation to enable them to make informed Health and Safety decisions.
You will build relationships and expertise with our teams to develop understanding of key health and safety needs for each team and be a trusted source of information and advice. Adept at partnering others, you will work on longer term solutions with key stakeholders to change culture, processes and procedures within their complex environments

About you
As an experienced H&S professional, you are passionate about developing and delivering strategies and business performance plans. You're a confident communicator and naturally a people-oriented person, eager to help and support others within Health and Safety. You will utilise your previous experience within a similar or senior H&S role to continuously improve in the new ways of working.
