Our Takitimu Mine is located near the town of Nightcaps, 60km northwest of Invercargill. 

The Role

To strengthen our mining operations team, we are filling the position of: Heavy Machine Operators

Integrated into the Mining Operation Crews, you will operate Heavy Mining Machinery including 200 - 20 tonne excavators, 40 & 100 tonne dump trucks and associated ancillary equipment including Dozers and Graders.

Preference will be given to experienced operators in civils or bulk earth moving capacity, however we do train unskilled people with the right attitude, therefore people who would like to get their foot in the door to the mining industry are also encouraged to apply.

Operators will work a Monday to Friday roster, some weekends as required.
