The role offers a competitive package of $115,000 per annum, along with a $5,000 relocation bonus.

• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Develop and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and optimise revenue streams.

Your Profile:

• Hospitality Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the hospitality sector, including trends, guest expectations, and operational strategies.
• Operational Efficiency: Proven ability to manage and streamline hotel operations, from front desk services to housekeeping and guest experiences, ensuring seamless daily functioning.
• Food and Beverage Management: Experience overseeing food and beverage services, including inventory management, menu planning, and service quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Staff Development: Skills in managing, training, and developing a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Marketing and Sales: Capabilities in developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing bookings, and driving sales to maximize revenue.
• Financial Acumen: Proficiency in managing budgets, analyzing financial statements, and implementing cost-control measures to optimize profitability.
