We are in search of a proactive Hospitality Manager to guide our hospitality teams and enhance customer satisfaction. The perfect candidate will possess extensive experience in high-volume food and beverage operations, ideally within a multi-venue setting, and will be eager to foster and mentor our teams to provide a distinctive and unforgettable customer experience.

Tasks & responsibilities
- We are all about the wine! Oversee our Executive Chef and kitchen team to create menus that highlight our exquisite wines.
- Embrace sustainability by maximizing use of our on-site Chefs Garden and local Central Otago produce
- Collaborate with our Lodge Manager and various internal stakeholders to guarantee exceptional service.
- We are a popular Events venue - ensure delivery meets customer expectations.
- Oversee budgeting, rostering, inventory management, and conduct real-time forecasting
- Flexibility for weekend, public holiday, and evening work is necessary.
Qualifications & experience
- Proven expertise in Food and Beverage within a multi-venue setting
- A positive outlook and proven experience in coaching and mentoring hospitality teams to foster engagement
- Robust financial management abilities – adept at adhering to budgets, managing overhead costs, and generating reports
- Ambitious, with a creative flair and determination
- Outstanding communication skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities and composure under pressure
- Availability to work on weekends, public holidays, and some evenings as needed
