Who are we

Barclay Suites on Albert Street are looking for a super star Hotel Sales and Revenue Manager.  We are a 4.5 star, stylish all-suite serviced-apartment hotel in central Auckland with suites and apartments, offering short or long-term accommodation.  

The Role

This is a diverse role encompassing sales, marketing and revenue management.  Reporting to the Hotel General Manager, this role will be supported by a reservations team member. 

The key focus will be on sales and marketing, promoting the hotel,  maintaining and building customer relationships and service and ensuring revenue growth being achieved and maintained.  

Requisites

• Previous  experience in hotel sales and marketing, room revenue growth, using proven and effective yielding strategies.
• Experience in hotel revenue management is essential.
• Has demonstrated handling Sales & Marketing, Corporate bookings, Guest Services to ensure maximum productivity and performance is maintained. 
• Ability to lead, support and guide the reservations team member and be results driven while creating a memorable guest experience.       
• Provide accurate reports as required.
• Strong relationship building, solution focused, be committed in improving guest services and hotel revenue.
• Attention to detail, time management skills, be able to work independently and collaboratively.
