Job Description - Hotel Services Attendant - Sudima Queenstown Five Mile

About The Role - Te mahi

This role is multifaceted and requires someone who has a "can do' attitude and able to prioritise work.

We are seeking a Full-Time Hotel Service Attendant to join our team at Sudima Queenstown Five Mile. We are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about providing a positive dining experience every time to our customers.
Whether you are a seasoned professional in the foody scene, or a newcomer to hospitality, we are keen to talk with you! Full training will be provided.

The hourly rate for this role is from $25.00 per hour depending on experience

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment, this role is for you.

  • Flexibility to work varied rosters (which may include early morning starts, late finishes, weekends and public holidays)
  • Exceptional grooming and hygiene standards
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests make the most of their day
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with good attention to detail
  • Experience in restaurant & bar service or customer facing role would be advantageous
  • Valid Right to Work in NZ
