We are seeking a Full Time Housekeeping Supervisor to lead with passion, precision and Joie de vivre. With an eye for detail, a natural elegance, and a love for elevating guest experiences, you will inspire and develop a team dedicated to delivering the very essence of Sofitel luxury.
Our Ambassador Will
Lead with Excellence: Guide, support, and inspire a team of Ambassadors, upholding unwavering standards of cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency that embody the Sofitel spirit.
Communicate with Elegance: Conduct daily briefings, sharing guest insights, hotel movements, and inspiration that ensures your team feels engaged, informed, and motivated.
Coordinate with Precision: Oversee daily room allocations, assign tasks thoughtfully, and ensure optimal use of resources while maintaining cousu main attention to detail.
Champion Guest Experience: Inspect guestrooms and public areas daily, ensuring they radiate refinement before being released back into hotel inventory.
Collaborate Seamlessly: Liaise with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure “ready rooms” meet guest expectations with impeccable timing and care.
Enhance Team Growth: Ensure Ambassadors attend training programmes, meetings, and development opportunities to continually refine their craft.
Uphold Luxury Standards: Oversee the safe and efficient use of equipment, amenities, and cleaning materials; monitor stock levels; and manage lost property and guest laundry with discretion.
Care & Responsibility: Record and follow through on maintenance issues, safeguard both guest privacy and hotel property, and ensure policies and procedures are honoured with precision.
This role is full-time permanent, with 40 hours a week guaranteed
