Mercure Wellington Abel Tasman is seeking enthusiastic, career-driven individuals to join our Housekeeping Team in a Supervisory role.

What we are looking for:

• Ability to allocate daily tasks to the housekeeping team


• Support the Housekeeping Manager to ensure smooth daily operations


• Clean and service guest rooms and public areas to meet brand and guest expectations


• Strip and make beds, change linen, clean and restock rooms and bathrooms


• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness


• A team-focused approach with excellent communication skills


• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to lead by example


• No formal qualifications required; at least one year of hotel or supervisory experience is advantageous

This role offers a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week for the right candidate.
