The Human Resources Administrator is a key role provides the business with a wide range of HR services to stake holders across the company.

Responsibilities include:

HR administration services across the business

HR generalist support in a highly operational role, delivering professional and proactive HR planning and advice

Promote a spirit of customer service

Support of the execution of recruiting programs

Promote continuous improvement in performance levels

To be successful you will need:

Strong administrative, organisational and computer skills

Experience in administration within a human resource environment

Strong computer literacy and proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Workflow and Document management tools)

Problem solving ability

High customer service ability
