About the role:
Our Human Resources (HR) team is expanding, and we are on the hunt for a personable, proactive, and experienced HR professional to join our fun floral company! The role will report through to the HR Lead and will take responsibility for the end-end HR functions for our Auckland teams with an emphasis on managing the recruitment process, payroll administration, and national staffing communications strategy. This role will also assume responsibility for ICT training.
This role involves the following task areas:
Days & Hours of work: Permanent, Full-time: 40 hours per week. This is a Monday - Friday role but may include occasional weekends to meet business need. We require all staff to commit to working during our key event seasons – Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day.
Location: This role is 100% on site - based at our head office in Mount Wellington, Auckland.
Remuneration: $62,000 -$66,000, subject to experience of applicant.
