Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Assist in employee relations matters, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work atmosphere.
• Stay up-to-date with employment legislation, ensuring compliance in all HR activities.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives, programs, and policies.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Manage HRIS (Workday), reporting, and keep employee data up-to-date.
• Support the HRBP with HR related initiatives

What You’ll Bring:

• HR Experience: 1-2 years in HR Coordinator or Advisory roles.
• Autonomous & Resilient: Thrive under pressure and tight deadlines.
• ER Savvy: Moderate knowledge and skills in Employee Relations.
• Influencer: Ability to coach and enable leaders with exceptional communication skills.
• Legislation Knowledge: Understanding of New Zealand legal environment
• Passionate: Driven to deliver value-based initiatives and solutions.
