The Role 

Full-Time (40 hours per week), Permanent

As an HR Coordinator at NZCR, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic team. You’ll be responsible for various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to our mission of making a difference on the world health stage.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, leave, and performance evaluations.

Training and Development:

  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops, ensuring employees have access to professional development opportunities.

Compliance:

  • Stay informed about employment laws and regulations, ensuring NZCR’s practices align with legal requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
