About the role 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Coordinator to join our HR team in the Auckland office. You will support the day-to-day HR and L&D operations by providing timely, professional and efficient support to the team. 

This is a great opportunity to gain experience across all HR functions and is perfect for someone who is looking to take the next step in their HR career.

  • Co-ordinate all core HR processes, including prompt management of relevant mailboxes, calendars and bookings, onboarding and induction, offboarding, document and file management, gifts and rewards, and other recruitment needs, ultimately delivering core HR service excellence.
  • Co-ordinate all L&D courses (including registrations, sign-in sheets, reporting etc).
  • Manage our Talent Learning Management System.
  • Support with L&D and HR reporting and system administration.
  • Support with Diversity and Inclusion and Health, Safety and Wellness portfolios.

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (preferred but not essential);
  • A strong administrative background with excellent technical skills and attention to detail;

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, and a desire to work as part of a team.
