We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Graduate or an early-career HR professional to join our team in Auckland.
Wilson Parking are the largest private parking operator delivering comprehensive car park management services nationwide. You will be joining a dynamic team whilst being offered training and development opportunities to further your career!
About the role:
As a direct report to the General Manager of Human Resources, this position entails providing comprehensive support to the team across significant projects, national HR initiatives, and annual HR activities. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality HR administration assistance to the NZ People Operations & Strategy team, maintenance of employee records and serving as the subject matter expert for our HRIS system.

You will ideally have:
• A relevant tertiary qualification
• Strong organisational abilities, adept at prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Well-developed analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated personal integrity, sound judgment, and ethical conduct.
• Solid grasp of HR information, with the ability to communicate effectively to diverse audiences.
