HR / Health & Safety Administrator - Collaborative Environment

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR/Health & Safety Administrator to join our team.  

We are looking for a friendly individual with some experience in HR and Health & Safety who is keen to join us full time. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all recruitment needs of the business
• Manage onboarding and offboarding of all staff
• Work with payroll to maintain staff records
• Work with managers on people issues including disciplinary matters and injury management
• Health & Safety oversight - including policy management, accident reporting, training registers, hazard & risk registers
• Other ad hoc duties as required, including backup support for payroll

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• An understanding of employment legislation (disciplinary processes etc)
• Bright and friendly personality to communicate professionally with candidates over the phone and in person, and to build great working relationships with staff. 
• Previous experience in HR administration and recruitment.
• Good eye for detail, efficiency-focused.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• a positive can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a team
