About the role:

You will play a key part in supporting the Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental team across the company by:

• Managing onboarding inductions, compliance data, and reporting
• Coordinating company-wide training, driver licensing, and safety initiatives
• Keeping all HSQE documentation and records up-to-date and audit-ready
• Supporting contractor pre-qualification processes (e.g. SiteWise)
• Preparing internal reports and dashboards to track progress and risk
• Helping drive a culture of Zero Harm and continuous improvement.

To be successful in this position, you will have:

• 5+ years in an administration role
• A strong understanding of compliance and HSQE systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
• Confidence working across teams and managing sensitive information
• Knowledge of New Zealand H&S regulations and risk frameworks (a bonus!)
• Experience with SiteWise, ConstructSafe, or auditing? Even better.
