Are you looking for the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our Lower south region HR Advisory team. This role will be based in Wellington but reporting to a manager based in another location.
This is a hands-on role that will see you working in a dynamic environment, where you will be supporting the Lower South Region leaders with general HR matters. You will help us on our journey towards being professionals working at the right level in the business, having purpose in all that we do and being impactful in our actions.
This role which involves supporting your own caseload, working in collaboration with other people related functions within the business, and advising in an ever evolving fast-paced business. You will engage with leaders to provide a wide variety of technical and solution orientated HR advice to support, coach and guide managers within the business.

The successful candidate will have a background in HR and experience with Payroll/HRMIS systems. The ability to think critically will be essential to understand policies and employment agreements.

Utu ā-tau | Salary
This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $87,306 and $100,796 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
