We are currently seeking a presentable and enthusiastic Information Desk Clerk to join our team on a casual basis. If you are friendly, articulate, and have a knack for helping people, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:• Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
• Provide accurate information and directions within the facility
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and courteously
• Maintain a tidy and organized information desk
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service
Qualifications:• Excellent spoken English and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and social skills
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible availability for full days, or half days (09:00 - 14:00) if we find someone to work the other half day.
