Information Technology (IT) Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Manager to lead the development of our business systems, information capability and technology services.

This is a leadership opportunity for someone who can connect people, process, technology and information to build organisational capability and deliver better outcomes for our organisation, elected members, officers and the community.

In this role you will:

• Lead technology, information and organisational capability, aligning systems and services with organisational priorities.


• Drive business systems development, digital transformation and process improvement to improve efficiency and service delivery.


• Oversee IT, communications, GIS, information management and cybersecurity, ensuring secure, reliable and fit-for-purpose services.


• Provide trusted advice while leading a high-performing, collaborative team.

What we’re looking for:

• A degree in Information Technology or a relative field


• 9+ years experience in a relevant space


• Proven team leadership experience


• Extensive experience in business process analysis and software development life cycle (SDLC) best practice in a corporate environment.
