The Role: We are on the hunt for an experienced Infrastructure Analyst for a 6-month full-time contract. As a contractor, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of our client's IT infrastructure. Along with the technical skillset, we are looking for a client-facing individual with great communication skills. You will gather business requirements to create solutions, troubleshoot issues, and manage network/cloud systems.
This opportunity is fully on-site in Dunedin.

About YouYou are an experienced infrastructure engineer with a client centric mindset. You have experience maintaining IT systems, resolving errors in a timely manner, and escalating issues when necessary. You should enjoy working with people, possess exceptional communication skills, and be able to explain technical terms in simple language.
Requirements: - Maintain infrastructure systems with relevant technology (Microsoft Office 365)
- Conduct comprehensive interpretation of infrastructure processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement for gathering business requirements
- Resolve and document issues within the system in a timely manner
- Networking ability
- Automation of processes with scripting tools (Powershell)
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Microsoft or CCIE Certifications are a plus
