Job Description - Infusion Business Development Manager

Infusion Business Development Manager -  Hamilton Central, Waikato $110,000 – $160,000 per year

We’re looking for an experienced sales and marketing professional to join our Director of Sales and Marketing and be the dream team to take our amazing product into the future.

About Us

The Infusion Group is a merger of Infusion Business Software and NetValue Limited, bringing together expertise in business accounting software and specialised software development.

Infusion Business Software has a long history of specialised Accounting and ERP software with an established loyal customer following. Our new SaaS offering has even more features to wow businesses, along with plenty of scope to take it to new markets. We’re excited and you will be too!

We have modern, well-equipped offices in Hamilton and Christchurch and are open to remote work from Auckland to facilitate access to new markets. You will be guided by an experienced sales leader and supported by internal subject matter experts and external stakeholder interactions, so product information will be at your feet. There is also a hybrid work model and all the autonomy you’ll need to optimise your engagement and productivity.

About You

You will be a sales and marketing leader with significant experience creating business relationships and promoting products to new clients. You’ll know how to develop a sales and marketing strategy based on customer metrics and forward thinking, execute the strategy with precision and an eye on the market, and evaluate outcomes and adjust the approach as needed to achieve the Company’s business growth objectives. You’ll have;

  • Proven experience in new business development and a track record of success in driving growth and increasing market share.
  • Development of new business sales strategies with innovative approaches. 
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise.
  • Motivated by new business sales targets and accountability for outcomes.
  • Positive communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build relationships and influence others.
  • Professionalism that transcends environments and stakeholders, and always represents the Company and its product offerings in an exceptional way.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to grow new markets and close deals. 
  • Knowledge of business, ERP and accounting systems would be an advantage.
