The Homegrown Juice Company Ltd is New Zealand’s largest producer of raw fresh juice utilising the finest cold pasteurising equipment. We are a FMCG with a focus on making healthy nutritious juices and smoothies based in the Hawkes Bay.

Reporting to the Managing Director and Factory Manager you will play an integral role within the Homegrown Maintenance and Engineering team. We are looking for a someone with experience as a Plastics Moulding Technician in either PET Stretch Blow Moulding or Injection Moulding. You should also be familiar with machine maintenance as well as troubleshooting.

You must have:

At least 3 years’ experience as a stretch blow moulding or injection moulding technician

Can maintain, repair, and run Stretch Blow Moulding and/or Injection Moulding Machines

An eye for quality

Ability to work unsupervised

Can troubleshoot issues before they become problems

Can give reliable and accurate feedback to management

Has good knowledge of Pneumatic air systems related to PET Blow Moulders

Ability to communicate well at all levels of the business

Follows safe working practices

Location: Mahora, Hastings, New Zealand

Hours: Min 40/week Monday to Sunday and rostered Shift Work
