Installation and Service Technician for Hot Water Heat Pumps - Room for Advancement

You will be required to work with and take direction from the Service and Installation Manager. You will be working either with the team or individually as required to provide customers with workmanship that meets Hot Water Heat Pumps high standards. Installations range from residential through to commercial projects. We install water heat pumps, AHU’s, flexible (Fabric Duct) and solid ducting, pumps, buffer tanks and associated pipe work. The servicing component of this role will be general maintenance of our installations and helping out the rest of the team. You will also be involved with internal projects in the factory when required.

A key requirement of this role is the development of strong relationships with clients, both internal and external.

You will need to have:

• EST Electrical Licence is preferred but training can be given to the right candidate 
• HVAC Experience
• Installation experience
• Full clean driver licence
• The ability to identify and mitigate hazards
• Good Communication skills – both written and oral
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong customer focus
• The ability to work independently or as part of a team

Although not required, other relevant training or licences such as Approved Filler (Refrigerant), Working at Heights, MEWP, Forklift Licence, or Class 2 Driver Licence would be advantageous.
