Installation Technician/Coachbuilder

About the job:

No two days are the same at Wade Group.

Working as part of our production team, you'll be involved in the fabrication, fit-out, modification, and assembly of specialist vehicles. You'll work with experienced tradespeople who are passionate about quality, innovation, and delivering exceptional results for our customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Fabricate and install vehicle parts for one-off builds to specification and high quality.


• Work from technical drawings and plans to construct, modify, and fit panels, frames, and components.


• Perform light welding, cutting, and shaping of sheet metal and aluminium.


• Assemble vehicle chassis, interiors, and custom components.


• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold Wade Group’s standards.

You'll need:

• Trade qualification or equivalent experience.


• Auto Electrical experience would be plus


• Ability to read and interpret and technical drawings and plans.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• A team player with strong communication and organisational skills.


•  Safety-conscious and committed to quality workmanship.
