Hours: 8.30am-5pm Monday-Friday

The Role

You’ll work closely with our insurance advisers to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Your job is to make sure applications, documents, and client communication are handled efficiently so our advisers can focus on giving great advice.

This is a support role with real career progression. People in this position go on to become advisers once they gain experience and complete their Level 5 Financial Services qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and submitting insurance applications


• Managing client documentation and compliance requirements


• Liaising with insurance providers


• Booking client meetings and following up outstanding items


• Updating client records in our CRM


• Helping advisers keep their pipeline moving

You need to be highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You:

• Have strong attention to detail and are an admin-whizz


• Are comfortable talking with clients and providers


• Enjoy systems, processes, and getting things done


• Are interested in financial services or insurance as a career


• Work well in a team environment (culture matters!)


• Value doing the right thing (compliance matters too!)
