Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - Commercial Construction - Hamilton

Currently, an opportunity awaits for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our esteemed client, a leading commercial main contractor based in Tauranga.

The team are a tight knit bunch who like to have a laugh!

In this role, you'll delve into a diverse array of projects, spanning education, warehouse office developments, and fit-outs, ranging from $2 million to $8 million.

Day to Day:

In the QS role you will be working both sides of the project from estimation to serving the project
Must be someone comfortable working with subcontractors and clients
Must have the ability to measure
You will have strong team of mentors to work with
