INTERNAL ONLY - Community Co-Ordinator: Service

We’re inviting applications for a one-year fixed-term leadership role as Community Co-Ordinator: Service, starting in January 2027. This is a great opportunity to contribute to our mission of raising up servant leaders in meaningful and practical ways.

About the Role

This role involves co-ordinating and growing service opportunities for students at KingsWay. You will liaise closely with all teachers in charge of service groups to support and align service initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collating and reviewing all service programmes at Years 1 - 13 


• Conducting annual evaluations of all student service programmes 

• Liaising with and guiding all staff leaders of councils  

• Liaising with SMT responsible for extra-curricular activities 

The successful applicant will have a strong sense of the importance and value of service.

The role carries 2 MMA's.
