Internal Opportunity: Acting Patient Services Manager (Secondment)

This is a great opportunity to bring your nursing expertise to the executive table. The secondment will begin on 2 February 2026 to ensure everything runs smoothly while we work through the permanent recruitment process.

We are looking for a colleague who is adaptable and ready to lead through this transition. To be successful, you will need:

• Demonstrated leadership experience within a surgical hospital environment.


• A current NZ Registered Nurse APC and PDRP Level 4 (Expert).


• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.


• The ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
