Job Description:

The Moving Company in Wellington is on the lookout for a dedicated and driven Internal Sales Consultant to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. In this role, you'll serve as a key member of our sales team, specialising in Domestic and Global Removals, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through lead conversion, ensuring our customers' needs are met and exceeded. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, whether through phone, email, or web communication channels.
• Provide cost estimates and quotations for customer inquiries and convert them into sales.
• Manage the appointment schedule for Sales Consultants and offer administrative support.
• Assist in the implementation of sales initiatives.
• Handle invoicing for jobs and ensure that all payments are received in full.
• Act as a liaison between the Sales and Operations departments.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Proven experience in sales or transport is preferred, but we are open to considering candidates with a strong desire to learn and excel in sales.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask.
• Professional and outgoing demeanour, both on the phone and in person.
• Quick adaptability to new computer systems.
• This position is based full-time in the Facility.
