About the role

Lead and mentor a team of 7 high-performing internal salespeople while driving effective sales strategies to achieve sustainable long-term growth. This role combines leadership, coaching, and data-driven insights to enhance team performance and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop the internal sales team.
• Coach and enhance trading skills to improve Sales Force Effectiveness.
• Analyse sales activities, customer interactions, and KPIs to provide actionable insights.
• Build team competency across products, markets, and customer segments.
• Optimise processes to improve efficiency and deliver market-leading customer service.
• Collaborate with branches and wider business units to align with company objectives.
• Working hours Monday to Friday, between 7am–5pm

• Proven success in sales and/or customer service leadership.
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs for a team.
• Ability to coach team members to improve sales performance.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and data analytics tools.
• Competence in developing processes for operational efficiency.
