Job Description - Investor Relations Manager

JOB SCOPE 



We’re looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Investor Relations Manager to join the Oyster team. 



In this pivotal role, you’ll be the key point of contact for our investors, building trust, delivering exceptional service and ensuring timely, accurate communication. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to uphold excellence in reporting, investor experience and operational delivery. 



As Investor Relations Manager, you will: 



  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with investors, continually enhancing the quality and delivery of investor services. 



  • Lead the coordination of investor meetings and events, including general meetings, ensuring a professional and seamless experience. 



  • Act as the central contact for all investor communications, providing clear, timely, and professional correspondence. 



  • Oversee the preparation and distribution of investor reports and updates, working closely with internal teams to ensure content is clear, accurate, and aligned with brand and compliance standards. 



  • Lead onboarding and application processes for new investors, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. 



  • Maintain regular engagement with investors and ensure CRM records are accurate and up to date. 



  • Champion a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement across all investor touchpoints. 



ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 



It is essential to this role to be a self-starter with the initiative and capability to drive workstreams alongside key stakeholders, all whilst fostering a strong customer service ethic for our investors.  


Ideally, you’ll have 5+ years’ experience in relationship or stakeholder management within a financial, investment, or commercial environment. We welcome experience from a range of sectors where strong communication, attention to detail, digital competency, and a client-focused mindset are essential. Proficiency in Excel and confidence using CRM systems are key requirements for success in this role.
