We’re now looking for a reliable, detail-focused Inwards Goods Controller to join our Auckland team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position where accuracy matters. You’ll be responsible for receiving, checking, and processing incoming goods — ensuring stock is correct, recorded properly, and stored safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming goods against purchase orders

• Accurately enter stock into the system (timely and error-free)

• Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts and stocktakes

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies with suppliers

• Ensure goods are stored safely and correctly

• Keep the inwards area clean, organised, and efficient

• Complete daily reporting and system updates

About You

You’re someone who:

• Has a strong eye for detail and takes pride in accuracy

• Is organised, reliable, and works well under routine

• Communicates clearly and confidently

• Takes ownership and follows things through

• Is physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

Bonus points for:

• Forklift licence

• Experience with inventory systems (D365 a plus)
