ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic IT Business Partner to join the IT team. This role is crucial in integrating technology with our strategic goals. As we expand, the IT Business Partner will be a trusted advisor and key contact for the IT Team, supporting the delivery of technology solutions that meet business needs.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The role includes, but is not limited to:
- Act as key point of contact to handle system outages and issues.
- Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop project plans and monitor progress against key milestones.
- Identify and mitigate IT-related risks to the business.
- Provide technology-related in-person and online based training sessions to ensure staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills to use systems effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and service providers.
- Facilitate regular review meetings with vendors to assess performance and address any issues.
- Manage IT budgets related to external suppliers, ensuring cost-effective procurement and utilisation of resources.
- Evaluate and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an IT Business Partner or similar role, with a strong understanding of both business and IT landscapes.
- Degree or Diploma in IT
- Proficient technological skills in Microsoft 365, cloud services, security, and network management.
- Strong team player with the ability to work effectively across departments and with diverse teams.
- Passion for staying ahead of industry trends and driving innovative solutions.
