Think Concepts provides IT support, cloud services, and managed IT services for small to medium-sized businesses. Based in a hip Auckland office on East Street, we're a tight-knit team who are passionate about what we do. You will enjoy a competitive remuneration package, which includes a base salary and uncapped sales and performance bonuses, paid monthly. We believe in sharing our success via extensive bonus and commission structure that enables you to build an additional income stream on top of your base salary, and work on increasing it month to month, as you get more capable at the role.
If you're motivated to learn and work hard, opportunities for advancement abound. Many members of our team have moved up over the years: a Technician is now the company’s Technical Lead and our CEO began as our Marketing Coordinator! Our staff turnover is low – our average length of service is five years – because we genuinely enjoy what we do and working here. Our 2026 employee satisfaction score (eNPS) was 62 (95% response rate), significantly above the industry average and considered “excellent”. We also welcome pets and nurture people, striving to help our employees reach their full potential, and have fun while they we are doing it.
