The incumbent, who has been responsible for establishing and developing this function within the Fulton Hogan group, is about to go on Maternity leave.  Ideally, we are hoping you will be able to start soon, so there is a good handover period.

The Security Training Awareness Analyst is a key role providing insight, trends and metrics around Fulton Hogan’s IT security platforms and using those insights to develop security training programs and content that helps our people do “good work” in a secure way, with good security practices.  Through security awareness training and reporting, help drive down Fulton Hogan’s cyber risk through the education of its people.

You would help to drive this program with a focus on translating complex technical subject matter into real world, easy to understand verbal and written content tailored to the intended audience, with a goal towards transforming the way people feel about, think about, and execute upon cybersecurity concepts.

Overall responsibilities

  • Monthly reporting of key security metrics.
  • Administration of the Security Awareness Training platform.
  • Reviewing and enhancing the content of the Security Awareness Training platform.
  • Designing and constantly enhancing Fulton Hogan’s security awareness training content.
  • Where appropriate, developing targeted training for specific user groups.
  • Each quarter running a targeted phishing campaign and using the results of each campaign to better educate our people around cyber security.
  • Building strong relationships with business stakeholders around cyber security awareness.
  • Building strong relationships with key IT and business stakeholders around cyber security.
  • Building strong relationships with our key support parents and vendors while keeping them accountable.
  • Support the Group IT Cyber Security Manager with regular reviews and updates of documentation relating to cyber security training.
  • Spend time with the security team SMEs to understand the cyber security processing and technologies used within Fulton Hogan.
  • Build a program of work to enable our people to take advantage of our security platform capabilities.
  • Liaise with the IT Communications Manager to ensure any communications, training content and other media meet the IT and Fulton Hogan group communications standards and branding.

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE

To be successful in this role we are looking for a person with several of the following skills and knowledge:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbally and written.
  • Ability to develop and present training either 1 on 1 or to small groups.
  • General Business Analysis skills.
