IT Manager

We are seeking an IT Manager with several years' experience to join our busy team.  Our business involves the importation and distribution of a wide range of food products to both wholesale and retail customers.  We have over 400 staff and revenue of over $300 million.  

The role involves;

• Offering guidance and be a trusted advisor to the executive team
• Leading, mentoring and managing a team of 4, including programmers and a Systems Administrator
• Leading technology related projects for the implementation of new IT solutions
• Fostering a collaborative and high performing environment
• Providing guidance and support in leveraging technology and data to enhance business performance
• Working with external providers to provide IT solutions
• Developing project plans, budgets and timelines
• Mitigating risk, issues and changes
• Developing and enforcing IT policies

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in system engineering and network administration
• Strong knowledge and experience with ERP systems, networking, and implementation of IT projects and solutions 
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communicator
• Excellent management skills
