IT Support Analyst - L3 - Hiring Urgently

The Role

In this position you will provide end to end IT Support for the business throughout your office (one of 5 in Auckland). This will include 'white glove' concierge style service to senior executives onsite alongside the full office team. The role provides AV support for high visibility on-site meetings as well as the day-to-day technical support. You need to communicate effectively and build trust with your end users, so they know you'll assist in their technical duties.

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of IT end-user support experience desktop, mobile device, and audio-visual support.
• Strong technical knowledge and skills in Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Android, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Exchange, VPN, and other common end-user applications and technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of MS end-user platforms, including but not limited to, Office, Windows OS, MAC OS, etc., current desktop and mobile computing technology, core media business applications and their operation.
• Must possess a "can-do" attitude and be ready to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
• Ability to function within a group and support other team members to resolve problems.
• Ability to quickly analyze problems, interpret operational needs, and resolve or escalate problems in a timely manner as well as ability to provide real time support for end-user issues.

This position is onsite 5 days a week in a beautifully architecturally designed building in the city.
