About the role
You will work closely with a tight-knit technical team and key technology vendors to manage our day-to-day technical operations and support business initiatives that drive new technology adoption, testing, integration, training and support.
As a member of our technology team, you will be responsible for management of our technology support vendors and resolving L1 / L2 issues with our on-site and remote team members. You will work closely with a series of key vendors specialising in specific business tools, supporting our technology functions across a series of cross-functional teams.
Alongside technology operations functions, there will also be the opportunity to be involved in projects for deployment of new technology (physical and software), manage vendor relationships and develop new skills to support and or develop technologies.
About you
You will be a positive team player with a well-developed analytical mindset and a desire to build your career as an IT professional. With at least 2 years of experience working in an ICT support role under your belt, you will be able to harness your skills and experience to provide everyday solutions and drive continuous improvement.
