IT Systems Administrator - Microsoft tech

My client is an SME organisation that specialise in pharmaceutical related supply chain services with a US oriented client base. They’re a small company with 20 professional staff who work in a culture centred around delivering high quality solutions and an exceptional client service. 
 
Our goal is to recruit a skilled Microsoft IT Systems Administrator to support their Microsoft 365 platform, LAN environment and end-user devices. This role will be focused on providing operational IT support and a great customer service to their user base. They’re in the process of modernising their IT platform so staff are provided with modern productivity tools, and also to ensure the system is reliable and secure.  
 
This role is going to suit an experienced Microsoft Systems Administrator who is confident in their ability to support a modern SME scale IT platform. You will have expertise in M365 Administration and be able to work across Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, Defender, One Drive etc. You’ll also be able to provide support across all of their devices including laptops, FortiGate network technology as well as their CCTV camera system.
 
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is happy to provide day to day IT System Administration support and face to face desktop support to users. There is not a need for this person to any advanced engineering work. You will have a warm and professional approach and enjoy solving problems in a professional and efficient manner.
