IT Systems Support

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our IT team to provide technical expertise and support for WML IT infrastructure, systems, servers, applications and end-user services. This is an opportunity for you to join a leading business in an interesting and complex manufacturing environment. 

Key Responsibilities of this role include:

• Support effective operation, development and protection of IT infrastructure, systems and services
• Provide support for day-to-day user service requests responding to and managing assigned help desk tickets
• Prepare and deliver IT hardware and software including handling of IT Asset Management
• Design, maintain and support cloud-based IT operations focused on Microsoft 365/Azure platform
• Lead maintenance and upgrade initiatives across user devices, servers, network and storage infrastructure
• Participate in the on-call roster 

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

• A Bachelor degree in relevant field and/or 3-5 years in user support and IT systems 
• Microsoft certification/other vendor certification
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, M365 and Azure is essential along with understanding of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/VPN) and VoIP solutions
• Microsoft SQL Server administration and SSRS experience is desirable along with SAP (ERP) support
