ITMS Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ITMS projects from initiation until closure.
• Work collaboratively with IT teams, operations, and external vendors to develop innovative solutions.
• Analyze project requirements and design comprehensive project plans detailing deliverables, timelines, and resources.
• Monitor project progress against established metrics and milestones, reporting to stakeholders as needed.
• Manage project risks and issues, proactively implementing solutions and ensuring project compliance.
• Facilitate project meetings, encouraging stakeholder involvement and addressing concerns effectively.
• Continuously assess project performance and seek opportunities for improvement in processes and outcomes.

• Significant experience as a Project Manager in IT projects, especially in an infrastructure or aviation context.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Exceptional leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing diverse project teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on achieving results.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are preferred.
