The Opportunity for You – IT&S Business Partner

To lead the delivery of innovative technology and systems solutions that drives the best outcomes and efficiencies for our business.

As the IT&S Business Partner, you will be collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as other external service providers in a hybrid business delivery model. 

Amongst other responsibilities, you will be expected to:

• Be a trusted advisor to our Team
• Develop and implement IT&S strategy and operational execution plan
• Manage infrastructure, networks, and applications
• Enhance our business performance through leveraging technology and data
• Lead technology or system related projects for the implementation of new IT solutions

About You

You are both a strategic and operationally driven IT&S Professional that has:

• Demonstrated expertise in system engineering and network administration, coupled with comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in ERP systems, networking, and the successful implementation of IT projects and solutions
• Supplier / Vendor management experience
• Passion for exploring, assessing, and integrating technological solutions to enhance efficiency and foster innovation
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder relationship management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Engaging, open and collaborative approach

You have proficient or expert technological skills in the following areas:

• Network Management
• Backup Solutions
• Security Management
• Firewall Management
• Server Administration
• Virtualisation
• Cloud Services
• Microsoft 365 Administration
