Join us as a Junior Accountant where you'll:

• Handle daily financial tasks like reconciling bank feeds and preparing GST returns.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and debtor accounts.
• Assist with cash flow management, revenue reporting, and time sheet entry.
• Support regular financial operations such as journal entries and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with lease agreements and manage rental invoicing.
• Keep accurate records and update financial systems.
• Help prepare annual accounts and budgets, and assist with cash flow reporting.
• Support the property team with financial tasks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality and contribute to a positive work environment.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong ethical standards and a high level of integrity.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
