Junior ERP Developer

About the role: 
We are thrilled to be presenting this Junior ERP Developer opportunity to the market. This role is to support growth in our ERP team.

The primary objective in this position is to provide ERP system support and ensure uninterrupted day to day use of our ERP system - EPICOR and related systems through user guidance, problem analysis and effective issue resolution, with a focus on dynamic BOM maintenance via Product Configurator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 1 year of development experience within manufacturing or ERP space
• Prior experience with Epicor or similar ERP system is advantageous.
• Must have C# experience.
• Proficiency with any of the following: NET development, MS SQL, IIS, REST APIs, web services would be advantageous. 
• Experience with label software such as Easylabel or BarTender is also favourable but not essential.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and an aptitude for quickly mastering new concepts
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong individual and team participation.
• Familiarity with the principles and best practices of manufacturing businesses is a plus.

Overall, a Junior ERP Developer plays a crucial role in the successful implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP systems, enabling organizations to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and make data-driven decisions.

• Critical thinking skills and ability to research and solve BOM issues
• Ability to project ideas skillfully and communicate clearly and effectively
• Willingness to take directions from multiple sources
• Ability to be flexible and amenable to changes in schedules
• Ability to implement programs in a timely manner, and stay on schedule
• Software skills: ERP, Microsoft Office Suite
• C# experience is ESSENTIAL
• SQL experience, or similar
